Cane Creek Park consists of fourteen miles of wooded bridle trails wind along pathways available to hikers and cyclers. Kings Mountain State Park is a prominent Revolutionary War battle site. This traditional state park has easy access to activities such as hiking trails, picnicking, and fishing and offers rental jon boats and seasonal canoe rentals, equestrian trails. It is also well known for its 20-mile equestrian loop trail through the area's rolling hills.
